The German real estate is attracting new investors
 In the autumn of this year was made the next big deal in real estate in Germany: an international institutional investor acquired the company DIC Asset AG shopping center, located in the city of Flensburg.
Rent-fit surface of the object - 7000 square meters. The deal amounted to 29 million euros.

This is not the only success of the company DIC Asset AG: from the beginning of 2013 she was able to implement the 25 properties with a total area of ​​56,000 square meters. The total amount of the profit reached 107 million euros, and significantly higher than planned for this year's sales (80 million euros).

All of the above facts prove once again that investment in German property are becoming more attractive to investors.
